If you aren't completely cozy, we accept returns of unwashed and unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to generate a return label.

  Pack Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box and include the packing slip.

  Ship Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
